BodyTeaser Jewelry delivers her unique designs worldwide including all European countries, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Emirates and many more countries.
Making your choice between different shipping methods: When you proceed through the checkout process, you will be automatically presented the available shipping options based on the country that you include in your shipping address and the value of your order.
In basic we have following options for you:
Delivery inside the EU:
- TNT Regular Mail - rates starting at €4.95 [3-10 business day delivery]
- TNT Registered Mail - rates starting at €7.95 [3-10 business day delivery]
- UPS Express - rates starting at €12.50 [1-4 business day delivery]
Worldwide delivery:
- TNT Regular Mail - rates starting at €4.95 [4-20 business day delivery]
- TNT Registered Mail - rates starting at €8.95 [4-20 business day delivery]
- UPS Express - rates starting at €18.50 [2-4 business day delivery]
Delivery inside the Netherlands:
- TNT Regular Mail - rates starting at €4.95 [1-3 business day delivery]
- TNT Registered Mail - rates starting at €7.95 [1-3 business day delivery]
- TNT Pay at Delivery - rates starting at €12.50 [1-3 business day delivery]
- UPS Express - rates starting at €12.50 [1-2 business day delivery]
Please note that the estimated number of days for delivery times listed on this web site are not a guarantee of delivery within the time frames listed. Your order time frame depends upon the current stock availability of the item(s) that you order and the time of day that you place your order. See the Shipping Information section below for order time frame information.
TNT Regular Mail
For some customers ordering lower value Jewelry you will have the option of choosing TNT Regular Mail to save shipping costs.
The Regular Mail parcels do not have tracking numbers so they do not allow the tracking of parcels on the internet.
Also the packages are not insured for loss so it is the customers risk in case of lost packages.
If you would like to track your parcels via the internet, you should choose the UPS shipping option.
TNT Registered Mail
In addition to the UPS delivery option you will also have the option of choosing TNT Registered Mail.
The exact costs of TNT Registered mail are dependant to the country where to ship to and the total order value.
The TNT Registered Mail parcels do not have tracking numbers so they do not allow the tracking of parcels on the internet. If you would like to track your parcels via the internet, you should choose the UPS shipping option.
In accordance with our secure shipping commitment, you will be required to sign for your order upon delivery.
UPS Express Courier
For the fastest delivery your order can be sent to you by UPS Express courier service within 4 business day delivery. The exact costs of UPS delivery are dependant to the country where to ship to.
UPS is a well respected and trusted world wide courier company which provides fast and secure shipping. In accordance with our secure shipping commitment, you will be required to sign for your order upon delivery. For your peace of mind, UPS also offer offers the Online Tracking possibility. Your UPS tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your parcel has been sent to you.
UPS Express Delivery Times: UPS delivery times are generally within 4 business days for the actual delivery from the time of dispatch.
Shipping information
General
Once your order has been dispatched to you you will receive an e-mail confirmation including the eventual Registration number or your UPS tracking number (if you selected the UPS delivery option).
All goods shipped with TNT Registered Mail or UPS Express are insured against loss and damage while they are in transit. Once you are advised by e-mail that your order has been shipped, we guarantee delivery of all items except in cases where the address supplied is incorrect, illegible, incomplete or if the recipient is away or has moved, in which case you will be liable for payment of the purchase price and shipping of the order irrespective of whether the order arrives on time or not at all.
Please note : The named delivery times are for delivery only. This means that the above delivery time frames are the approximate time frames from when your order is dispatched from our store to when you receive it. We do not guarantee that an order will be received by you within the above times frames from the moment you place an order.
If you are not available to sign for the parcel:
- UPS Express: You are not present when the delivery attempt is made the following will occur: the courier will either make a second delivery attempt on a later date or leave a note asking you to contact your local UPS agency to arrange another delivery date.
- TNT Registered Mail: You are not present when the first delivery attempt is made the following will occur: the postman will either make a second delivery attempt within next days or he will leave you a note and returns the parcel to your local post office for you to collect.
Courier parcels have internet tracking numbers which allow you to track the parcels in transit using the internet. Once you have received the e-mail with your courier internet tracking number, you are also able to telephone the courier company directly to check on the estimated delivery time and date.
Post Office Boxes
Except the shipping option TNT Regular Mail we are not able to deliver orders to a P.O. box as all orders must be signed for. If you live in a area where a post box is the only postal address that you have, please contact us to discuss delivery and we will be able to help you with getting your parcel delivered to you.
Stock Availability
The order time frame depends upon the current stock availability of the item(s) that you wish to order and the delivery method that you choose.
For most jewelry on the web site, there is a large availability but it may happen that products needs to be manufacted in our factory which may take some days.
Delivery for a specific date
If you require your jewelry by a specific date please include that required date in the comments section during check out. With this information we will try to get it delivered on that date.
Note: we can and will never guarantee delivery will be exactly on the desired date.

Returns
We offer all our customers a limited 7 day return policy on following conditions:
- Before returning us your item you must obtain an ReturnCode from BodyTeaser.com by Emailing us. Any returns without an ReturnCode will be refused.
- All returns must be placed within 7 days of the receive date.
- Shippingcosts will never be refunded. You will be responsible for the return shipping included the costs. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged package during shipping.
- Jewelry must be in perfect condition and in original packaging.
- Returns may not be used.
- Any product bought when it was discounted will not be accepted for returns.
Returned products without these instructions will result in refusing the package.
Cancelations and guarantee
If you have any question please contact us before you make your purchase. We will be more happy to answer your questions to help ensure you are happy with your jewelry. To ensure your satisfaction we sell only new, first quality products. Each product that leaves our store is inspected for defects or flaws.
BodyTeaser guarantees her jewelry against defects in workmanship for thirty days from day of purchase. No charge for warranty repairs. Charges apply to replace lost parts.
Special and personal requests
BodyTeaser is always looking for new designs and ideas. BodyTeaser will honor special order requests whenever possible. Additional material and handling charges may apply.
